I’m Leen Carion, an artist, sculptor and cook born in Flanders, Belgium.
I find my freedom in life through creating—when I enter a state of flow where my expression is unbound and my creations are undefined, free from expectation.
This ability to express without the need to meet any preconceived ideal is essential to me.
It allows me to live in a freer state of mind—a space where I can draw closer to my truest self, and to my most beautiful state of being.
I am deeply inspired by the forms of nature.
The mountains, the female body, and trees often emerge in my work—tactile landscapes that invite touch, exploration, and a deeper connection.
I have a natural curiosity for connection, and I love sharing my space with those who are also seeking the same sense of freedom and creative connection.

Sometimes life takes you back to where you always belonged.
For me, art was an early love. But I chose stability—a career in banking. For twenty years I lived in a golden cage, with security but no real satisfaction.
Eventually, I returned to sculpting, modeling, and drawing—and with it, I found energy and new direction again.
Searching for a studio, I realized how few creative spaces are available in Bruges—especially for artists over 30.
After a temporary solution, I stumbled upon a space full of possibility. Not just for myself—but for others.
This is how Mud’nArt was born.
A place where creativity and community meet.
Where you can throw clay, fill a wall with charcoal, or simply come to reconnect—with your hands, your heart, and your imagination.
